empire88 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. empire88 does not accept deposits made with funds that do not belong to the Account holder. Deposits from third-party payment sources or from shared payment methods will be subject to additional verification and may be returned.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the cashier. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. empire88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier; actual receipt times depend on the payment provider.
All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the Platform are denominated in MYR unless otherwise specified. Crypto deposits are converted to MYR at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of deposit confirmation.

Voided Wagers are returned to the Player's Account balance.
Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. empire88 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on specific markets or for specific Accounts. Live (in-play) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent abuse of latency advantages.
Casino and live casino games are governed by the specific rules of each game as stated within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the underlying server log, the server-side game record shall be deemed authoritative. Where live dealer games experience a disconnection or technical interruption, bets already confirmed before the interruption shall be settled based on the game outcome as recorded by the studio server.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all Games and are displayed within each game interface or sportsbook market. empire88 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Accounts at any time, including reducing limits for Accounts identified as professional advantage players.
